Each of our employees gets a company identification card which you will receive either upon your arrival or shortly after you arrive.
It is important that you carry this card with you to your place of work as it shows that you are employed by our company.
Additionally, it shows your picture, personal identification number and information about your place of work.
Soon after your arrival you are required to sign a two-week employment contract which is your trial period with the company.
This is to make sure that employees follow the rules and meet all the requirements set.
During this time your progress will be monitored and feedback/coaching provided accordingly.
At the end of this period, provided a satisfactory standard is achieved and maintained, your employment will be confirmed with a permanent employment contract.
